When the Trumpets Sound - Revelation 8

Revelation can feel confusing or even intimidating, but at its heart, it reminds us that God is in control, He hears the prayers of His people, and Jesus is our only true hope.

In Revelation 8, we see a powerful scene in heaven: silence before God, the prayers of God’s people rising before Him, and the beginning of the trumpet judgments. While this chapter shows the seriousness of sin and judgment, it also reminds us that God is not distant. He sees, He hears, and He responds.
